Nia Batts is Director of Strategic Partnerships for Viacom Inc.

She serves as the day-to-day operations contact for Strategic Partnerships across Viacom brands and also has planning and operation responsibilities for Viacom’s Marketing, Programming and Corporate Responsibility Councils. Nia’s many cross-divisional projects include the launch and roll-out of Get Schooled, a national education initiative co-developed by Viacom and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Formerly, she held positions at Warner Music Group and Island Def Jam. Nia earned a B.A. in Film Studies from Columbia University and a professional certificate in Film Producing from New York University, SCPS. She is a member of the Producers Guild of America East, an active volunteer with The East Harlem School serving on the Young Volunteers Committee Executive Board, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Louis Carr Internship Foundation.
