My experience with Discovery Communication in New York is unmeasurable. I can not express my gratitude to the Louis Carr Internship Foundation enough. The foundation provided me an internship that far exceeds any other that my peers participated in this summer. As an advertising sales intern for TLC I had the pleasure of learning side-by-side future full-time sales assistant. The training taught us how to develop and maintain the advertising packaged sold by Discovery Communication. This was one of the many responsibilites that I was entrusted with and I am truly grateful. I have built relationships with both Discovery and the foundation that will be networking beneficial. This opportunity has made me excited for my future.
