How to Apply
The LCIF Intern application is available only online the Foundation website.
To apply for a paid LCIF summer internship
1) Click the following link to download an application formatted for Adobe’s Acrobat Reader (PDF file)
2) Complete and print the LCIF application
3) Typed applications only; handwritten applications are not accepted
4) Assemble all the following required documents
- a completed typed application
- an official college transcript; no copies will be accepted.
- a typed essay
- a typed resume
- two (2) professor recommendations; recommendations/references should be sealed in separate envelopes with signatures over the seal
5) Send the completed typed application with all required documents to:

6) Mail the application and all documents postmarked by March 1st.
Applications with incomplete documents and postmarked March 2nd or later will not be accepted. E-mailed applications are not accepted. The Foundation will contact and interview via phone only students considered for an internship. The list of the 10 students selected as LCIF interns will be posted on the Foundation’s website by April 20th.
