The LCIF Intern application is available only online on this website of the Foundation. Application period open from November 1st to March 1st.

To apply for a paid LCIF summer internship

·         Click the following link to download an application formatted in  Adobe's Acrobat Reader (PDF file)

·         Complete and print the LCIF application

·         Type applications only; handwritten applications are not accepted

·         Assemble all the required documents 

1)   a completed typed application

2)  an official college transcript; no copies will be accepted

3)   a typed essay

4)  a typed resume

5)  two(2) college instructors or academic advisers; references- recommendations should be addressed to the Board of Directors, LCIF; letters are to be sealed and in separate envelopes with signatures over the seal

·        Mail the application and all documents postmarked by March 1^st.        Applications with incomplete documents and postmarked March 2^nd      or later will not be accepted..  E-mailed applications are not considered.

The Foundation will contact and interview via phone only students          considered for an internship.  Please do not contact the Foundation regarding the status of your application.  The list of the 20 students selected as         LCIF interns will be posted here on the Foundation’s website by April 20^th.
